All Company meeting

After not being able to host the annual All Company Meeting in 2020, we wanted to welcome this event back by taking a cautious approach to how it was executed. Instead of the meeting being held upstairs in our Camp Connection training room, we moved it to the main floor. This allowed our employees ample space to spread out where they felt comfortable. We catered Los Cabos, a local Mexican restaurant, played a Widmer specific Jeopardy game with prizes galore, and handed out awards for outstanding performance. This meeting touches on topics from new employees, company statistics, goals for the upcoming year, recognitions, and more! This is one of many ways we showcase our company culture, and we were thrilled to be able to gather again safely. We are hopeful and excited to plan our next event!
